Their knowledge ensures cost controls are in place before repairs are ordered. The specialised programme includes:

Competitive "buying power" for parts and labour charges
FleetPartners will consult with you as to your heavy vehicle requirements, and then using our buying power (purchase price, warranties, parts and labour costs), research the market including FleetPartners asset profiles and historical fleet performance, for the best and most economic fit for your fleet.
This includes negotiating with body builders, component suppliers, trailer manufacturers and other suppliers to ensure the most appropriate specification and economic options for the complete unit.
FleetPartners offers specialist assistance in the design of vehicles and equipment to ensure the most economic specification within LTSA compliancy requirements, e.g. mass, dimensions, SRT compliance, etc. We also oversee the progress and quality of the build through all its stages, relieving you of that time consuming task. This also includes monitoring the performance of all suppliers and manufacturers involved with each vehicle and item of plant in meeting delivery deadlines.
We will report back to you each year on the comparison between actual usage of the fleet against projected usage. If it appears that there is going to be a significant variation over time, we can amend the monthly lease payment to suit the revised projected usage. This enables you to always maintain your lease cost relative to the actual usage of your vehicles and equipment.
Our regular fleet inspections and the resulting damage reports allow us to report back to you on how well your drivers are looking after the fleet and forewarn you of any potential damage costs before they become a major future problem and cost to you. This can also help identify drivers/operators that are incurring excessive running costs on your fleet.
FleetPartners will advise you well in advance of leases due to expire and to identify what opportunities there might be for you in terms of either extending the existing arrangement or purchasing the asset.
Upon request, we can undertake a full evaluation of your fleet and the effectiveness of its utilisation and operation. Our comprehensive report can include comment on payload optimisation, cost effectiveness of build, suitability for purpose, R&M competency against national benchmarks, productivity in utilisation, evaluation of road user charges spend and operational/financial benchmarking against similar types and size of operators.
