Our History
FleetPartners New Zealand was established through the amalgamation of Avis Lease and Truck Leasing Ltd in 1998 and carries over 30 years of proud history.
FleetPartners was part of the ANZ group of companies and in 2006 was purchased by a private equity group, led by a former Managing Director, Nick Johnson and
other key executives from the New Zealand and Australian fleet management industry.

Fully Maintained Operating Lease
If you prefer to avoid the hassle of managing costs and the ongoing maintenance of a fleet, a Fully Maintained Operating Lease is the simple solution. The benefits of this type of lease include specialised account management to reduce administration, one fixed monthly rental and better cost control. All with no residual risk, no maintenance risk and access to vehicle discounts from FleetPartners superior

Non-maintained Operating Lease
If your business needs its own fleet, but you prefer to look after the maintenance and servicing in house, a Non-maintained Operating Lease is available. A Non-maintained Operating Lease provides you with a hands on approach to managing your fleet.
Econolease
Econolease utilises pre-leased vehicles. It incorporates all the benefits of a FleetPartners Fully Maintained Operating Lease and is an ideal way to test leasing before committing to a long-term contract. It will also lower your FBT liability
reflecting the depreciation in the value of the asset.
Sale and Leaseback
Owning your fleet is a viable option for many companies, but decreasing used vehicle values and changes in business environment can leave fleet owners exposed to unexpected losses when they sell or change over vehicles.
FleetPartners Sale and Leaseback allows you to inject cash into your business by selling your fleet to us and leasing it back, freeing up valuable working capital. If you wish, you can switch your entire fleet immediately to a lease arrangement
without disruption to your (company) vehicle drivers.
Finance
A finance lease is just another form of borrowing to finance a vehicle. But unlike loan finance (where you take ownership of the car and offer it or something else as security to the lender), a finance lease sees a leasing company take ownership and give you the use of the vehicle under contract for a specified period. At the end of that period, the lessee secures ownership upon making a final payment.
