Finance Lease
A finance lease is the ideal situation for companies who want to keep the asset at the end of the lease term yet take advantage of FBT savings during that same term.
How it works is that the leasing company takes ownership of the vehicles for a specified period (the lease term) and at the end of the period, the lessee secures the vehicle ownership by making one final payment.
